A couple of weeks ago we reported on research from the University of Nottingham that showed that being kind or altruistic was attractive to both sexes. Now more research, this time from the University of Rochester, published online today in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, shows that males are not only more attracted to women wearing red, but that they are also more likely to spend more money while out on a date. What's more, men are completely unaware of the influence of the colour red.
